Order visibility keeps your operation moving and your customers happy. These permissions allow us to answer order-related questions fast, troubleshoot issues properly, and pull the reporting needed to spot trends, without taking risky actions on orders.

Orders (general)

This gives us visibility of order status and key order details so we can support day-to-day operations and respond quickly when questions come up. We keep this view-only by default to protect your account and avoid unnecessary changes.

What we will do with our access
We check order status, validate what has happened, and help resolve common operational queries without touching anything that should not be touched.

What you should expect

  • Faster responses to “where is my order” and status queries
  • Clear troubleshooting when something looks wrong
  • No edits to orders unless explicitly required and agreed

Order Reports

Order reports are how you move from reacting to issues to running a controlled operation. They support reconciliations, performance checks, and root-cause troubleshooting.

What we will do with our access

We download or schedule order reports to support operational reporting, diagnostics, and performance insights.

What you should expect

  • Clean reporting for ops and finance workflows
  • Faster troubleshooting using real order-level data
  • Better visibility of patterns that create refunds, delays, or complaints

Transactions (View access)

Transaction and shipping confirmation reporting helps confirm what was charged, what was shipped, and what was recorded, which is essential when investigating discrepancies.

What we will do with our access

We download relevant transaction and shipping confirmation reports where applicable to support issue resolution.

What you should expect

  • Quicker resolution of order and shipping discrepancies
  • Stronger evidence when investigating customer queries or operational problems
  • Read-only access focused on visibility, not changes

Manage Orders (Restricted) (Not requested initially)

This permission can expose buyer personal data and enables actions that should be tightly controlled. We do not request it as standard.

What we will do with access
Only if your operation genuinely requires it, we can discuss adding restricted access under stricter controls and review.

What you should expect

  • Not required for most accounts and not requested by default
  • Considered only when there is a clear operational need
  • Higher scrutiny due to customer data exposure
