Brand Tailored Promotions – Edit Access Required

Brand Tailored Promotions allow registered brands to create targeted offers for specific customer segments within Amazon. Rather than applying discounts broadly across all shoppers, this tool enables brands to reach defined audiences such as previous purchasers, high-spend customers, brand followers or shoppers who have viewed products but not yet converted.

This capability shifts promotions from general discounting to audience-driven marketing. It can be used to increase repeat purchase rate, re-engage warm audiences, support product launches with an existing customer base or drive targeted short-term sales based on specific objectives. The strategy depends on the commercial goal.

We require Edit-level access because Brand Tailored Promotions must be created, configured and launched within Seller Central. This includes selecting eligible audiences, defining discount parameters, attaching relevant ASINs and scheduling campaign timing. View-only access does not allow execution or campaign management.

With this level of access, clients should expect:

  • Strategic recommendation of which audience segment to target
  • Analysis of available audience size before launch
  • Configuration of tailored promotional campaigns aligned with objectives
  • Controlled SKU selection based on growth priorities
  • Clear communication and client approval before activation
  • Monitoring of campaign uptake and performance

Customer Reviews – Edit Access Required

The Customer Reviews section within Brand Benefits provides visibility and management tools relating to product feedback left by buyers. Reviews directly influence conversion rate, advertising efficiency and overall listing performance. Even small shifts in star rating can materially impact sales velocity.

Review management is not about public engagement. It is about protecting brand reputation, ensuring policy compliance and identifying product-level issues early. Monitoring review trends allows us to detect recurring complaints, quality concerns or listing clarity issues that may be affecting performance.

We require Edit-level access because certain review management actions, such as reporting reviews that breach Amazon’s guidelines, require account-level interaction within Seller Central. View-only access does not allow us to submit removal requests where reviews are inappropriate, abusive or policy-violating.

With this level of access, clients should expect:

  • Ongoing monitoring of review trends and rating movement
  • Identification of recurring customer concerns
  • Escalation of product or fulfilment issues back to the client
  • Reporting of reviews that violate Amazon policy
  • Tracking of rating impact on conversion rate and advertising performance
  • Insight-led recommendations to reduce negative feedback drivers

Manage Your Experiments – Edit Access Required

Manage Your Experiments is Amazon’s built-in A/B testing platform available to Brand Registered sellers. It allows controlled testing of key listing elements such as main images, titles, A+ Content, bullet points and brand story modules to determine which variation performs better.

This tool enables structured conversion rate optimisation rather than subjective decision-making. By testing alternative creative or content variations against live traffic, we can measure impact across click-through rate, conversion rate and revenue per session. Decisions are then based on statistically significant results rather than assumption.

We require Edit-level access because launching and managing experiments involves creating test variants, configuring test duration, submitting experiments within Seller Central and applying winning variations once validated. View-only access does not allow us to initiate or implement controlled tests.

With this level of access, clients should expect:

  • Clear hypothesis development before any experiment is launched
  • Structured A/B testing at key optimisation stages
  • Testing across images, titles, A+ Content and other high-impact elements
  • Measurement against defined performance metrics
  • Implementation only where statistically significant winners are identified
  • Transparent sharing of results and performance impact

Product Bundles – Edit Access Required

Product Bundles allow Brand Registered sellers to combine multiple complementary ASINs into a single purchasable offer. This enables customers to buy related products together in one transaction, improving convenience while increasing average order value.

Bundles are commercially valuable because they create incremental revenue without requiring new product development. They can improve catalogue efficiency, encourage multi-unit purchases and differentiate your offering from competitors selling single items. Bundling can also improve visibility for slower-moving SKUs when paired strategically with stronger sellers.

We require Edit-level access because creating and managing bundles involves selecting eligible ASINs, configuring bundle composition, setting pricing structure and publishing the bundle within Seller Central. View-only access does not allow us to build or adjust these offers.

With this level of access, clients should expect:

  • Strategic identification of logical bundle combinations
  • Margin analysis to ensure bundled pricing remains commercially viable
  • Creation and configuration of compliant bundle listings
  • Alignment of bundles with growth or inventory objectives
  • Ongoing review of bundle performance and contribution to AOV
  • Client approval before any new bundle is launched
