Amazon Pay is Amazon’s payment service that can be used to take payments on your own website, letting customers check out using the payment details already stored in their Amazon account. If you use Amazon Pay as part of your wider ecommerce operations, it can become an important piece of the puzzle when you are reconciling orders, refunds, and customer payment history.

Manage Transactions (View access)

With View access, we can see transaction history to support your operations without making changes to your payment settings. This is strictly read-only access, designed for visibility and troubleshooting.

What we will do with our access
We use transaction visibility to help you stay on top of what has happened, what is pending, and what needs investigating, especially when questions arise around payments or refunds.

What you should expect

  • Read-only access: we can view transaction history, not modify or move funds.
  • Faster issue resolution: quicker investigation of payment queries, refunds, and discrepancies (where Amazon Pay is in use).
  • Cleaner reporting: improved visibility for operational reporting and finance alignment.
  • Only if applicable: if you do not use Amazon Pay, this permission is not required.
